1 General Terms

Ezcashbd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and entertainment service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between ezcashbd and its users ("you" or "Member").

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register with ezcashbd. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited. ezcashbd may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one ezcashbd account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will be detected by our system, and all associated accounts will be suspended immediately. All bonuses and winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. ezcashbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading details. 2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3.3 Live Betting Special Rules

For live betting, bet acceptance and odds updates occur in real time. If a bet is processed with a delay due to network lag, its outcome will be determined based on the actual state of the event at that moment. In any dispute arising from technical delays, ezcashbd's decision shall be final.

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit after registration. A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing this bonus, typically ranging from 10–30 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are valid for use on the ezcashbd platform only and cannot be transferred as cash
• Each bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined simultaneously unless specifically approved

• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering
• Providing incorrect or false information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus abuse or system exploitation
• Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward other users or staff

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises, please follow the steps below:

2. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant screenshots
3. Our team will provide an initial response within 48 hours
4. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to investigate
5. In all final decisions, the ruling of ezcashbd shall be considered binding
